CAS is doing a strange glitch

Question

Hi, this is the first time I've ever come across something like this and no matter what I do, nothing seems to fix it. I noticed my CAS was doing an odd glitch after the recent update. I don't have any UI mods installed so I was hesitant to think it had anything to do with Mods or CC. I had Mods and CC disabled when I updated but I thought it was safe to turn back on after a day or so. Does anyone know how to fix this?

try to download the mod conflict detector mod and run it in game&nbsp;

I heard about this happening and I'm not 100 percent sure&nbsp; and I didn't do this myself but this worked for the simmer that also had this glitch. They deleted their localthumbnailcache but also an localtexturecache file as well restarted their game and it's fine&nbsp;

Caramiabambina Please start at Broken/Updated Mods &amp; CC You have broken mods that you might not think of as UI mods.
