CAS not working after latest update

After the 7/18 update the character create has some really big issues. For facial features, it won't let me drag any features downwards. It only allows me to move eyes/noses/chins/eyebrows upwards at a slow pace. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? Ive deleted and redownloaded it, removed all cc and repaired it, deleted the cache, and restarted the game multiple times to no avail. If anyone has any tips, please let me know.
