Looks like you removed an custom object from your game that gave milestones. This is causing issues with the game.

The one that crashed yes, I build myself (Doing a rag to riches challenge, LOL)
But it crashed on other lots as well (Such as hospital, house of the other sim that is friend of mine sim)
Didn't crashed in any residential rentals (Because I didn't went to them so far)

Load your family and see if it works. If it does, you can remove the mod again.
