[CC and Milestones, error code 110-578ef827] Stuck On Loading Screen Sims 4

I need some help, i have been having the same issue where i would create a sim and be able to play them for only a little bit before it freezes. Once I close and try to load back it I get stuck on the loading screen. sometimes it would let me go into choosing the household and other times it wouldn't. There is also time that I would hear the music as if i loaded into the game but the loading screen would still be there. I tried downloading the mode that was shared in this tread but it doesn't appear to be working. and it got me a little discouraged in wanting to even play anymore. i tried going into other families and it seem to be fine it just what ever new households i create it is having this problem.
