Sim is pregnant but no pregnancy buff
So I updated my game with the latest patch and hopped into my save file - I'm currently doing the 100 baby challenge but I'm not sure if that's relevant. My sim gave birth and right after I had her try for another baby with a sim from the Maxis Gallery (also not sure if that's relevant, he can be seen in one of the screenshots I've attached).

It shows in my sims simology panel that she is pregnant (pregnant sims cannot age up), however she does not have the pregnancy buff, the only buff with the pacifier is from a new baby getting born. She can throw up as if she was pregnant, but she can also try for a baby multiple times. I had her take a pregnancy test after the first woohoo but no notification popped up after - neither that she is pregnant/is not. After trying for a baby again the test option does not show up. She also does the pregnant idle animation where she thinks about a baby and gags while holding her belly.
I have all packs and play with no mods that have something to do with pregnancy. This problem stays after playing without mods, switching households, reloading the game. I'm unsure if this is a bug that comes from the latest patch, or if it's from something else.

Hi! First, thank you so much for responding. After posting this entry I tried to do some tinkering myself and I am pretty sure that I found the problem - it was the ui cheats mod. I think it's not updated yet for this patch and that's what caused my problem. After taking it out in the same save file I got another sim pregnant with no problems. I'm very sorry for taking your time. I still am scared that this save could be broken so I will just get rid of this one and load in my backup.
