[CC and Milestones, error code 110-578ef827] Stuck On Loading Screen Sims 4

Hello! Thank you for responding, yes I do have mods and cc but I took them out of my game and the issue still persists. I did notice a weird pattern any of my saves that have infants or if any of my sims were infants and now are adults I cannot play with that household. And my saves with sims that I made in cas that were never infants I can play and access that save. I just really sucks because my most important save is a generation save so there’s a lot of infants 😭 pls any tips

    Try the following

    • Close the game
    • Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    • Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
    • Close the game again
    • Copy JUST your save game from  Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\Saves to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves
    • Start your save
    • Load the household
    • if you get the error code, load household again
    • Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

        If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.
