@Cyanna2206 Okay, so Documents isn't inside a OneDrive folder? Double check that, please! (It can be a default setup that some people don't realize is running, and OneDrive loves messing with Sims files to try to "fix" what it thinks you want in folders, which could possibly cause some of what you're seeing.)
If it's not in OneDrive, let's try a fresh folder to see if we can unglitch this:
- Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Now start New and make a test save. (We don't want to mess with your regular save till we need to.)
- Exit and copy some CC (but only CC, no mods for things like organizing it, not even More Columns) from the desktop Mods folder to the new one.
- Launch the game and see if it shows up. Then download a Gallery Sim and check again.
