Try the game with the modifications off If it works download CC again They may need to be updated
As stated I have already tried without mods, it would be a pain to redownload all that cc... Any mod I have ever had as been up to date.
CC can't be broken if you remove the CC for testing.
A known issue with Better BuildBuy is that it's not yet updated to work with the new plant features, causing UI issues. See Broken & Updated Mods & CC
No KawaiiStacie mod is confirmed compatible with game update 1.116.
Do a test in which you create a whole new user folder.

Do you have any issue in a new save with a completely empty Mods folder after also deleting the localthumbcache file and running a Game Repair? all those things then test.
