Tried with a new folder, still the same problem

Do you have any issue in a new save with a completely empty Mods folder after also deleting the localthumbcache file and running a Game Repair? all those things then test.
Tried it in that order, same issue as in the beginning, wont load all the way and game gets stuck on saving screen.
Even tried with newly downloaded cc but then the game wouldnt start with and it said every file was corrupted. CC i already have in folders didnt have this issue
When you get stuck on saving, is it still with no CC at all? You need to make sure the game itself works without any mods or CC in your Mods folder, in a new user folder and new game.
The game works perfectly without any mods, and with scriptmods. Its when i have buildbuy custom content it wont work and i cant save. I have tried it with no cc/mods at all and did what you said below
