CC Glitch on All Townies

Does anyone know why this is happening? All of my townies have this star/moon contraption on their heads? I've tried repairing my game, updating my laptop, my game is fully up to date, scanning their outfit cc for glitches, changing their outfits/taking off all accessories and clothes, deleting local thumb cache. Does anyone know what cc causes this? Thanks.
