cc is showing up in start up menu but not in game

@01021967 Hello!  Are you playing the Legacy Edition or the 64-bit?  Most CC are not compatible with the LE version.  The game may recognize the package files in the startup menu but they won't render properly in-game.

I'm not sure the difference, how do it tell? I bought and downloaded it through Origin

@01021967 In Origin, go to your game library.  Right click on the TS4 game and select Game Properties and in the window that pops up click Advanced Launch Options.  What options do you have under "When launching this game..." ?  Mine is set to the 64 Bit version.

Edit: This only applies if you're on a PC.  So, you can also check your game version at the start page.  When you open the game, look in the lower right corner for the version number.  

Check the last four digits...

• 1030 = PC Standard
• 1230 = Mac Standard
• 1530 = PC Legacy
• 1630 = Mac Legacy

Hey, im on PC but the « when launching game… » option doesn’t show up for me do you have any idea why this could be ? I have every other options tho just this one who doesn’t appear..

Hey, I realized it may be because I’m on MAC. I’ve heard it’s automatically switched to 64 in both versions as for the antivirus well it’s the Normal Mac one. Unfortunately I can’t take a good screenshot or picture but feel free to ask the informations you do need to know. As it’s in French I doubt it would be useful to send it anyway lol. Anyway I’m even more confused as to why it doesn’t work, thanks for your help. 

@licornequidab  What issue are you having?  Please describe it in detail, unless of course you're the same person who started this thread and just using a different account.

Please also post the full specs of your Mac: everything under About This Mac except for the serial number.  Both here and in general, a screenshot in French is not a problem—all the info is still going to be in the usual places and easy enough to understand.

Someone please help me! I followed all of the above, because I am having the same issue with my PC, but everything is set up correctly! It shows up in start up, all of the cc, but it won’t show up in game.
