CC isn't showing up/no new mods folder
I got a new computer last week and after setting it up as a new one instead of using the data from my old one my mods are not showing up in game. I have tried the following and they have not worked.
- making sure mods are turned on
- removing localthumbcache and multiple other files
- removing the mods folder from my files (yes i did files>ea>sims 4>mods) and placing it on my desktop and then restarting the game in order to generate a new mods folder, i just never got a new mods folder
- turning off mods, exiting the game, repairing the game, turning on mods back on and then restarting once again
it's not just that the mods aren't working or are out of date, they're not listed as being installed at all when i boot up the game despite the fact that they should be.
