cc not showing in game

Question

so after finally getting past my game not opening and when it does open it crashes in build mode, my cc isn't showing up in game. everything is checked properly, i have the right files in the right folders and my onedrive is turned off. I'm not sure what else to do&nbsp;

A couple of things to do here.

Does your game and build mode both load if you drag the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache? Rename the Mods folder after dragging it out to avoid complications with searching.
If it works with #1, check Broken/Updated Mods &amp; CC to identify a mod you have that's compatible with the game update OR a CC file that's not reported broken and put it back. Now can you load and see the CC?&nbsp;

my game opens fine. I had previous issues with it not opening but I got that fixed. My current issue is that my cc isn't showing up. Like it is showing in cas and build mode if i click to sort with cc, but its not on sims that i made, nor builds. I seem to also be missing traits as well. My adult sims only have 2 traits instead of three.
