CC Not Working!

Hello, I've downloaded a bunch of cc since I wanted some more and deleted my previous ones since I didn't use them, I also downloaded some gameplay mods but when I loaded into my game, all my old unused cc was there and none of my new ones were, and my mods also weren't working as if they're not in the game. Does anyone know how i can fix this?
