My sim family won’t load. I’ve tried loading my other families on the save and they’re all fine. I can edit them in CAS, but not play them. I’ve tried clearing out my mods folder, still can’t load the family. I’ve tried going back to old saves, nada. Still won’t load. I even tried uploading to the gallery and starting a new save on a new lot, still didn’t work. ☹️ Anyone have any advice at all? I don’t want to lose this family as I’m doing a decade challenge with them! Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title

@ljohnson99 Looks like it's a broken milestone on the child. Not sure how to fix that though as you can't load her into the game. Did you use any cc milestones ?

@ljohnson99 You can just delete her and remake her or maybe you have a backup of her where she's not bugged yet ?It should work as the rest of the household works fine. Maybe there's even a way to fix her but I'm not sure how.There's an LE being thrown with an error about a milestone so I'm guessing that's the issue

Endless loading on the blue screen with the plumbob. Other families and lots work completely normally

@ljohnson99 Can you load the lot in Build mode from the map ?What you need to do is first to try find out if it's the lot causing the issue or the family.To do that, do as follow1. Create a backup of your save game2. Load the game to the map, then evict the family from their home3. Move them in somewhere else4. Try to load them. 5. Move in a different family to the lot that wouldn't load before and try to load them.This way you know if it's the family or the lot that is the problem. Report back for further steps.

I took out all my mods and Cc and still after the newest update my 8 sims household won't load at all I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the sims 4 and i even tried resetting my computer still my family won't load at all and it's super upsetting because I've spent 2 years on this save itself so If anyone can help me I would be grateful

@Peachpawforever Have you tried if another family on the same save loads ? Test on a backup of your save game.

Same here I have a blank picture and no family's saved in my worlds was able to play after download then it took everything away

@crinrict Yeah they load fine but the highest they go is 5 sims anything higher than 5 it won't load

@Peachpawforever I checked your save and it looks like a corrupted Sim. I'm guessing you have one of each in those households you can't load. Possibly a child with Milestones. I haven't tried to narrow it down which one.

I don't know if there's a way to fix them other than recreating the Sim so you might just want to wait until this can be fixed from EA's side.

Have you been using any milestone mods ?
