CC showing in Cas but not in Mods folders

I am going crazy hunting some CC that shows up in CAS but I can not find to delete in my Mods folders. I have them sorta sorted Mods>Cas>Eyebrows, etc. I downloaded Sims 4 manager. Its showing what I have in my mods folder naturally. I even done a search in my the whole Sims 4 folder and still couldn't locate the items. Has anyone had anything like this happen? Like and item just itched on to something else you may have downloaded? If anyone is interested its some Praline and Sclub eyebrows. I do have Praline eyebrows, just not these particular ones. I am at a loss as to what to do. And its driving me crazy.

ETA
I actually found a package someone must've have merged when I went back in S4 Manager and looked through the folders a different way. I would delete this but I dont know how. :#
