Celebrities not showing up in game since latest patch

I have not seen any celebrities in my game since the latest patch. I have seen Brytani (Cho), but she was not listed as a celebrity when hovering over her. Tried with and without cc, but no change. Plus, it's like most of the npc sims I have been used to seeing have all been changed, which is disappointing, as one of my sims was interested in one that I can no longer find. Townies, at least what I've seen so far, are appearing, such as Cletus Harris, Hilary Laurent, Kim Goldblum, etc., but I haven't been searching for them. Where are the celebs though? I don't get it. Has anyone else had this happen?

    @Hawksdaughter   Hi!  Have you looked in Del Sol Valley to see if the celebs like the Bailey-Moons and Judith Ward are still there?  Have you checked Manage Households > Other Households for the "homeless" celebrities?  Just making sure they're all still in your game.

    You mentioned removing CC.  Do you have mods also?  If so, did you try moving the Mods folder out completely?  When moving Mods/CC out of the game, you should also delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing.  A game repair is also a good idea after moving out Mods/CC and allow it to run for all packs, even if you get a prompt that the game is ready to play.

    @JonaO703 I'll try deleting the thumb cache, didn't do that though did move mods out. Thanks for the reminder!

    I'm not crazy about the celebrities and I know they're still in my game because I have Sims fainting, whispering and carrying on everytime I send the sim I'm playing to a bar or even the gym. LOL gets a little much. That Brytani Cho is kind of a pain isn't she. Always trying to stir up her fans with that jumping in place. LOL

    @JonaO703 Ok, I did find them in Del Sol Valley, not thinking to look in managed households. (never had to search for them before!) It's very strange that they are not showing up everywhere, just staying home! Should I count my blessings, lol? Anyway, thank you!

    @ReneHollyDesign1 After finding them, I suppose I should be happy that they are staying home, not underfoot everywhere! Yes, Brytani is SO irritating, lol.

    @Hawksdaughter   Hey!  So I decided to do some testing and I've noticed a lack of celebrities in my game as well.  I do find them rather annoying so I sort of think of it as a blessing. :-)  However, they should at least show up to the hotspots and they aren't.  Thorne Bailey is the only one showing up.  This might actually be a bug.  I've asked some friends to check their games as well.
