I have a large garden in my horse ranch and my sims often hand feed their horses (especially since one of them is needy). I have noticed that certain items make horses cry a river. I am not sure if this is a bug, or if it's intentional. Carrots, for example, will make both my horses cry. Both horses have different personalities. It' kind of funny to be honest. Anyone else experiencing this?
Hi @Nora7117 . A couple of possibilities here. One is that the horses coincidentially (not related to the feeding) are mourning because a Sim or animal recently died. You should be able to see that in the buffs on the bottom left, though you might need to open it up. Mourning is the only time I've seen horses cry. You might also try asking them what's wrong -- they might have a particular need that's not being met.
Ah. Yep, that mods had things broken about it for a long time. Remove that one. There's one called Selectable Pets on Curseforge that might work for you.
