Let me start this by saying i currently have custom content installed but i have no mods installed. When i try to create a new household, this was what i was presented:
No story, no options, and definitely no character.
rosegarden2023 You'll need to try this with no mods/CC at all. Rename the Mods folder, delete the localthumbcache file, then load in. If that works, you can exit and put back in just your CAS room mod to start.
