I'm using obscurus unlocked sliders for kids and whenever i try to save the edits i make to my child sims the results doesn't save and it reverts back to vanilla. does anyone know if this a current bug or incompatibility? my game also doesn't save any preset body changes.
Some other creators have confirmed that child-and-younger sliders can't be fixed on the modder size. A change from EA is needed.

It has not. If a game patch changes how Child and younger bodies work in-game in a way that makes these mods fixable or usable, I'll post that info in that patch's Broken & Updated Mods list. However, the change that broke these mods was made to fix a game bug, which makes it a lot less likely that that's going to be reverted.

There are too many bugs with the sims appearance and this one is extremely upsetting. Why don’t they fix it if we can’t fix the bug by ourselves ?
DoublePlusBon Mods not working isn't a game bug. Modders know that EA isn't responsible for keeping mods working. They're responsible for the game in its mod-free state. There's no current game bug associated with child and younger body shape and sliders. There was one, but it appears that making the game work mod-free meant that this type of mod no longer works.
