Child Stuck In Toddler Mode

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.93.146 1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Toddler expansion pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? My child in the sims 4 isn't able to do any task that require taking care of his needs (sleeping, eating, showering, peeing, etc.) Every time I click thr task it goes into thr queue and cancels itself. I had to disable his need decay. He's able to do any other activities that don't have to do with him needs.
What do you expect to see? He should be able to sleep and eat and etc.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
