City Living Noisy Neighbor Bugs

My sim living at 1310 21 Chic Street was just about to go to bed. The neighbors across the hallway started being noisy, making it incapable for her to go to sleep. I thought whatever i'll just knock, but the door was not able to be knocked on. This has definitely happened before, and when they were able to knock, it would take at least 3-4 sims hours for them to quiet down after the yelling at them interaction. This interaction just seems to be super buggy for me and it would be great for this bug to be fixed since it is really annoying when your sim has work in the morning and the noisy neighbor interactions bug out so bad that your sim gets 1-2 hours of sleep

    Hi @hannahbunnybuns . Do you use any mods or CC? If so, could you please test without them? Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Document > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.
