what in the world is utils??????? its the ONLY thing that comes up in my better exceptions. Ive even removed all my mods and then this popped up - "features\attractiveness\functions\_ts4_lovestruck.py" as an error message. Ive tried 50/50 method and removing absolutely everything and starting a fresh save.

Hi! What mods do you have installed? The "utils" error is due to a mod conflict and/or outdated and broken mods. Also, what platform are you playing The Sims 4 on?
If possible, can you reply with a link to your Better Exceptions report error?
Same Issue here since yesterday - also tried a new save and it still pops up. My small business dissappears in the UI and the error first occured when I tried changing the uniforms or to be more detailed, when I had to enter CAS.
Deegotsims raevenblue1972 Naskaai Please post the entire lastexception error, the raw file and not anything from Better Exceptions. Please also let us know whether this error happens with your Mods folder removed. You don't need to save your progress.
verytrey The Better Exceptions report is not as useful as the raw file most of the time.
I had the same issue and turns out, my better exceptions mod itself was out-of-date. After I deleted all files related to it in my mods folder and replaced the new version, the error went bye bye. Hope this helps you like it did me! :)

virgofluff874 "utils" shows up in LEs from many different causes. There's no one cause. Sometimes it's mods, sometimes it isn't. If you're a vanilla player (you don't use mods or CC), or if you rename the Mods folder and still get the same LE generated, please post to Gameplay Issues and attach the lastexception file. Also describe what happened when the LE was generated.
