Ciudad Enamorada world won’t load

I can’t load into the world at all and when I attempt to it comes up with a white screen and I can’t exit back to world selection, I can only save and exit. I have tried clearing out my cache and rem...

    amaltheaec  Please move the entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package if you haven't already.

    If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether the new world loads.

    Italikpaprika  Please try one of your existing saves in a clean user folder, as described above.  If that doesn't help, either revert to a backup save:

    or temporarily disable the pack, save your progress, and reenable it, as described here (different error, same fix):

Thank you for your help, I appreciate it! Moving the entire mods folder out worked! Previously I had only moved my mods from the folder but kept the folder in the game files. I had deleted my localthumbcache when clearing cache previously, if that’s helpful to know.

Of course it is still frustrating to be unable to load into the world with mods, do you happen to know if this is a known issue they’re working on fixing already?
