Concern about new update and old save files

Hi All!

I updated my game yesterday and removed all my mods before, and I already replaced the old mods with the new updated versions of any mods that came out, but 2 of my main mods (RPO and **bleep**) are both broken, and the creators haven't released a new update. I want to play my game and usually play in offline mode, but can I play with one of my old saves that have RPO and WW included? Or should I wait till both have new updates, add them back in, and see what they do? Or just create a new save file with the updated mods and add the 2 other mods later without touching the others. Thanks so much!!

I already updated my game. My question is, since only a few modders have come out with new updates or did not need to be updated at all, and the others are broken, can I play with my saves that have both the updated and outdated mods, or will that mess up my save?

  • If you don't update your game, you can play with non-updated mods. You can't put updated mods on a non-updated game.

See How to Use Mods and CC about how to manage with mods when the game updates. My personal practice is to have an unmodded save for that or to just go do something else for a week.

Please don't mention 18+ mods here, at all.
