I think it wouldn't be that hard to make a mod like that. My only concern is that it will be difficult to give a good probability setting. If the odds are too high then eventually everyone will become vampires and werewolves and if too low then you will hardly even know this mod exists. There is also the question of what exactly it should look like. How often should a conversion take place? Every day? Every 3 days? 7 days? Should you have a notification about it, or do you want to be surprised and discover it yourself?
