Crashing on travel

Mine neigbourhoods works normally as it's possilble in the game and is available, but every time I try to send my sims to visit differend neigbourhood/lot it's start to download, but crashes right after witch is really annoying. So how about if you in there EA fix this issue. It's not very nice to play a game if you can't go anywhere from the lot.

I have not yet tried play without cc's but I did not have problems with my cc's before. Atleast no problems to go different lots/neighbourhoods in the game. So what should I do? I don't have any hacks or mods that affect moving from lots nor neighborhoods to another in any way. And that bug came from you, not me. It's annoying that you always have to blame downloaded stuff instead of doing your job properly so that bugs like this wouldn't even come.
