created sims won't show up in world
I'm having this problem where I'll add a sim to my household in CAS, and then when I save and exit, they don't show up in the family. Has anyone else ever had this problem or know how to fix it?

- @adannacd Sometimes this is a mod related issue.
If you have mods, remove them, delete "localthumbcache.package" and try again.
