Custom CAS I am making is having weird texture problems

I was retexturing some CAS cc for personal use and the cuffs of the pants are flashing white. The pants have also become slightly pearlescent (see both in attached video.) I have never had this problem with retexturing CAS, and there is nothing online that I can find that explains the problem. I would like to know how to fix this.
