Custom content stopped working after the recent update.
Is there a way to fix this?

In what way did it stop working? There are multiple possibilities, including
- no mods or CC show up in the list on game launch
- only script files show up in the list on game launch but not package files
- CC shows up in the list but not in the catalog
etc.
