Custom gallery pictures show up as "modded"

Hi, I downloaded a few mods and poses yesterday so that I can use some more pretty pictures instead of the standard ones when you upload a sim to the gallery.

Unfortunately now whenever I try to upload it with the new pictures, it's marked as "modded" and wont show up in the gallery (unless you enable cc).

My question is, I've seen lots of sims on the gallery with custom pictures, that doesnt show up as modded.

How do you do this or what am I doing wrong?
