@slypydog I realize this is an old post but I came across it while looking into a similar issue. I found that TSR CC Manager hasn't been updating it's own library folder after I delete things. I did a massive purge but the library folder in my mods folder is still the same size as it was before the purge, even after restarting all the things. Could be your issue too?? I hope that you where able to figure something out without having to delete everything and redownload it.
