Deleted localthumbcache and everything in my mods folder disappeared!

I downloaded a mod and, as usual, I deleted the localthumbcache.package. Then I opened the game and all of my cc and mods where not there. I checked that they were enabled in the game options and bot...

Just deleting the file called localthumbcache can't cause your mods to disappear. This is most often caused by interference from OneDrive, iCloud or a similar syncing program. You can get tech support for folder problems in the PC or Mac tech area: https://forums.ea.com/category/the-sims-4-en
