Disable family leave?

I had a mod that disabled family leave, but I just noticed that my Sim is on family leave all of a sudden. I could've sworn it was MC Command Center but I can't find an option for family leave in the menus. So now I'm just confused, as I don't have many mods. Can anyone point me in the direction of the mod that disables family leave?
