Disabling Specific Romantic Automated Commands?

I want to disable some automated romantic commands under specific conditions. They are ones aimed towards computer-controlled sims while the sim I am playing with is a boy/girlfriend, fiance, or a spouse for another sim. I do want to keep them between my sims, though.

Is there such a mod? I am sick and tired of dealing with negative emotions that last a long time and hindered friendship levels.
