distorted body when bathing infant

What do you expect to see? my parent bathing their kid without the distorted body
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated the game and repaired it.

I added a new mod but everything was working well, and i went to play today and when I took the infant a bath it glitches out and made the infant reach out and the infant grew adult parts while glitching out, I have removed my mods and repaired the app and nothing fixed it, this just started happening.
