Downloaded Lots Not Found in Game

Question

Hello! I have scoured this forum attempting to find a solution to my problem. Any lots I download from TSR will not appear in my game. I have tried many things such as...

making sure the files are in the correct folder (the 'Tray folder')
the files are not in another folder within 'Tray'
taking out my 'Tray' folder, loading up the game, and letting it auto-generate a new one
having CC activated in-game
having CC turned on under 'Advanced' in the library
restarted the game and my computer many times

In other words, I fear I have tried everything, but downloaded lots just will not show up in my game.

@lyssalane&nbsp;Read the install instructions carefully where you got it.

@lyssalane This sounds like an issue with the TSR downloader, then, unless you're downloading manually. You'll need to get support from them with their tool. Also, although it shouldn't affect Library access, do try deleting Resource.cfg and letting the game generate its own.
