error 0x80050072
Everytime I try to add cc to my mods folder I get a message that says "Error 0x80050072:The directory or file cannot be created." only when i put the cc in my mods folder and i have no idea what to do PLEASE HELPPP.

@74n5cm4rfirx Do you have OneDrive active, and is it currently full? If so, that may be the issue. You can try deleting some old files within OneDrive to see if clearing up more space helps.
If that's not the issue, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Its not a problem with my laptop it's a problem with my usb
@74n5cm4rfirx So have you fixed it yourself? If you need more help, let me know, and please post a dxdiag. Please also let me know if you've redirected the Sims 4 user folder to your USB, or anywhere else for that matter.
The problem isnt fixed, i know its my usb because ive tried on a seperate laptop to add cc to the folder which is in my usb including everything else for the sims and the message popped up.
@74n5cm4rfirx If your USB drive is the problem, then you can try formatting it, of course backing up any critical data beforehand. But it may be broken, in which case you'll just need to get a new one.
