Error 132:9273a31c:b011f3d0

Xbox player, so no mods.  I can't seem to play characters I move to MT Komorebi. It will allow me to move characters there.  I can play characters already in MT Komorebi. I can build there. But if I move characters to that world and try to play them I get that error code. I've restarted, reinstalled. Still get the error code.  The last game I purchased was snowy escape and it doesn't seem to be playing well with the other packs.

I have: cats and dogs, dineout, discover university, dream home decorator, get to work, get together, growing together, high school years, island living, jungle adventure, parenthood, realm of magic, seasons, snowy escape, spa day, vampires, werewolves.
