sims delery error code keeps showing up when i start the game or load anything, I've repaired, cleared cache, took out all mods, error still the same

Marssshmellow Are you on a PC or a Mac? And are there any other tests you've done, like checking if some other program or your system software is trying to update? Turning off background programs that are running?
