Game Rejecting Every Single Mod/CC [de4ee14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b]

Hello, my little sister just got into The Sims 4 game recently. She has been playing the game with no Mods or CCs. When she adds even one CC or Mod file, regardless of it being the latest, the following dialog box pops up and the game can't run: "Cannot start because game data is missing or damaged. If you have Mods installed, please remove them and try again. If not, please repair or reinstall the game via Origin. [de4ee14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b]"

We have tried all the solutions as suggested by various online forums (As well as EA forums); from creating a new folder, repairing the game, redownloading the game, to changing user access controls and so many more. But it still persists to no avail. She downloaded the game from the official EA app and website. In the country she currently resides in, she uses VPN.  Does anyone please know what could be the cause and how we could fix it? We will really appreciate it.
