Error when loading a specific household

Question

After I updated my game and Installed High School Years, I continued my game in its usual modded state. The household that I made and choose ends up showing an error 109:fd8le803:d6a747ad
I removed my mods and tried again, this time when I clicked on the same household a different error popped up 111:41812468:9da0c002

All other lots and households work fine.

@Yasmine91 after you removed your mods, did you also delete localthumbcache?

If you did and it still gives the error, can you evict the family and move them into another lot? Do the lot or the family in the other lot fail to load too?

@Yasmine91 109 and 111 is usually something on the lot being corrupted, often it's custom foods. Most of the time it helps to remove the mod itself as suggested but sometimes it doesn't.

If that doesn't help, you'll need to check if there's any empty plates lying around the house and delete those.

It could be other items so if that doesn't help, please come back and let us know.
