I am not able to collect my rewards even though I am connected to my account.

Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving. Creators generally don't update mods just for temporary events.
