Try this please:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
- See

- Run a Game Repair.
- Launch the game and test again.
- Now copy only your save files out of the old Saves folder into the new one. Don't copy the folder itself. Test again.

Nope. As soon as I add my saves back it disappears again
