Events& Festivals on calender disappeared

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? discover university, get famous, seasons, cats& dogs, city living, get together, get to work werewolves, my widding stories, realm of magic, strangerville, parenthood, vampires, dine out
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure if this bug happens to anyone else. But for me, this bug occurs everytime I click on the calender in every saves of mine (except the save I had never played ever since 2 month ago, the get famous events are still there, but the san myshuno events are gone)(Including the fresh and unplayed saves I create after I discover the bug)
What happens when the bug occurs? The events supposed to appeared on the calendar (exp. San Myshuno festivals, the events from the Get Famous Expension Pack) disappeared, but holidays from Seasons are still there.
What do you expect to see? The events which disappeared reappear
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Although I am not 100% sure if they relates, but I am still going to describe: Right after I install werewolves game pack, the next day when I play the save I originally play, The events supposed to be appeared on the calendar (exp. San Myshuno festivals, the events from the Get Famous Expension Pack) disappeared, but holidays from Seasons are still there.

    @crinrict It is really strange since the glitch was fixed by itself without any removing mods or any additional settings added...Anyways thank you very much for giving me advices and sharig your own experience while gaming. You are so helpful and heartwarming!

    @crinrict Up to now, there isn't any issue happening like that, those fesitivals and events just vanish. If the same issue happens someday in the future I will tell you soon. Thank for your replying!

    @P1N3M4P13 But they do still take place if you travel there on the days ? Do you get pop-up messages for them ?

    @crinrict So do you have a solution towards problems like that? I would like to know about it. I have named my old document file of ts4 into Sims4_Backup and repair it in origin, but when I play with the new document file the problem still exist. Am I going to reinstall the entire game? Thank you for answering.

    @crinrict I haven't play the game by the time I ask this question. I will play it very soon and tell you whether there is actually a reminder or some sort of things poped up calling me to the festival.

    @P1N3M4P13 The festivals aren't really showing up for me either until they take place except the CoL ones which you don't have.

    As for the GF ones, they should show up a week in advance so it would be interesting to know if they are actually taking place.

    I am having this issue as well. All the festivals(Snowy Escape and City Living) and events(Get  Famous) are not showing up on my calendar and when I travel to the location anyway, there is nothing there. Funnily enough this issue is only in old saves. All new saves are unaffected by this bug. Maybe my bug will fix itself like the OP, but I can't figure out what is causing the issue since it is not in all saves.
