Eviction issue

Question

Hello. My sim is a landlord. The grace period is active and it tells me that I may justly evict the tenant. However after the eviction process is finished it takes me back to an empty lot and my rental resident is gone. I share this lot with my tenant as a duplex. It also ruins my rating as the eviction is going on even though it was justly. I play on a computer with the only mod being **bleep**. Please help.

Please follow these steps to test &nbsp;your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc

Create a backup of your save game
Move your mods folder to the desktop
Delete the following files from your user folder.

&nbsp;localthumbcache
&nbsp;Any lastException Files
&nbsp; Any LastCrash files.

Test your save (you will loose all cc on the save but since you created a backup you can go back to that afterwards) and see if the same error occurs, then report back (you will probably need to go back to a backup)
