Exception error

I'm getting an exception error that is causing my game to crash. removing mods did not fix it

[jdimailig] Caught exception loading reference. RefName: 186288 Manager: InstanceManager_aspiration. TunableReference in Instance: 183768 (Season_Winter), Types.SEASON is set to a value that is not allowed by its class restriction. (ValueError: TunableReference in Instance: 183768 (Season_Winter), Types.SEASON is set to a value that is not allowed by its class restriction.)

cc or mods removed

    RougeEcho​ No mod is named there, but it's also not much information to go on. If you can replicate this with an empty Mods folder (only Resource.cfg - nothing else!), please note what was happening at the time and then do a search in bug reports for a relevant topic before posting there. They'll want you to attach the whole exception, not just pick out part of it.
