Failed to Launch error post patch 1.122.218

I've done the hotfix for this today and I am STILL receiving the "Failed To Launch Game" error. I even did a repair on the game as well. If I remove all CC from my game, I can play, but I'd really en...

I'm still getting a black screen since the new update as well.
