Family Relationship Mod Question

Does anyone know if there is a mod that makes it so that sims are automatically acquaintances with all of their family members, even if they haven't actually met them? It would be very useful for my current save. I thought I saw a mod like this a while ago, but I can't seem to find it anymore. If there isn't a mod dedicated to this, would this be an option under MCCC?
