I have several female sims I create who wear men clothing instead of female clothing. When they are wearing men tops their necks are glitching out, like a line is going through their necks. It doesn't do it when they wear female clothing though. I think it's a glitch or bug in the game causing that issue.

Yes, I use mods/cc in my game, I did try base game clothing, and it does the same thing.
Please test your issue on a vanilla game
To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.
Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
